Week 3 Integrative Learning: Portfolio Provisions & Strategy

The purpose of the assignment is to look forward and understand where we want our next steps to be in terms of our portfolio. This is important for those of us, such as myself, that is going to be very new into my professional journey.

Upon graduation one of the biggest ways I will enhance/revise my portfolio is by continuing to hone my current skills as well as learning new skills to add. Once I graduate and get a professional job, or even do more of my own branding in the future, I will have projects that aren't school related to add. Just adding those new projects will greatly enhance my portfolio. Eventually, if I really planned to use my website as 'the' go to place to find Amber, then I would get a website programmed rather than made on WIX.

The same as I mentioned above, adding content that I didn't just create through school would really be the biggest/best thing I could do for my portfolio as a whole. In doing that, it would have more impact on my audience to see something more myself then what I have done through school thus far.

Throughout my career, I think the best way to use my portfolio is to constantly update it with new projects and information and if/when I want to find something else to do or work, I can showcase the best of all my work.
