Site Launch!

The purpose of this assignment was to design a webpage for our fictitious brand, Reel Deal Tacos. We had to carry out the previous plans that we made, and learn all about designing webpages.

Self-Assesment -

While making my site, although it was a long process, I really enjoyed it. I was nearly able to meet all of the provisions I outlined in my proposal. There were a few things that I decided that I didn't like, or that they didn't fit well while making the pages themselves. Having the sidebar of social media links on the contact us page just wasn't something I felt like it needed. The other thing that I did not end up adding was the FAQ's section. This is something that I debated for a while just because I wasn't sure if it was necessary yet, if later on, there were to start being a lot of FAQ's then I would be more than happy to add it, but since there currently were none, I figured it would be better to leave it off.

There wasn't anything that I proposed that I didn't deliver because I 'couldn't', there was only the 2 things that I decided not to included because I thought that they didn't fit.

The most challenging part of this process was the trial and error aspect of designing the pages. While I had the general layout, there were a lot of different ways and designs that could be used which meant I had a lot to go through to find what I wanted.

I think it would be fun to go deeper and just add more content. If it was something of my own, and not necessarily a 'fictitious brand', I could go a lot more in depth with what I have on the website. I would also like to just spend more time looking at all of the possible options there are for designing.
