Today I will be reviewing and critiquing Ronald Todman's Fine Cut. What struck me about your video was how well put together it was, I really liked how you had a mix of him talking as well as shots of the games that he plays. I liked how, although he was just talking in a chair, you had shots of him from different views and also with the head phones on to not have too much of the same thing. It made me want to go back and revisit my video so I can make some shots look different even if they may be almost the same. I also really liked your background music, it fit really well with what you were trying to convey and the end where it was a little more dramatic was perfect. I also really liked your logo that you had at the beginning and thought that gave it that extra professional touch. As I said previously, I liked that you incorporated clips of him playing his games but did you eve consider screen capturing them rather than recording the TV? It would give the clips much less glare and fade. The only other minor things that I found was that the audio was very quiet and I think it would help a lot if you just simply raised his dialog parts so that they weren't almost drowned out by the background audio. Overall, I really enjoyed your video and thought you did great. I think you hit the nail on the head for this assignment and I hope you enjoy the rest of your time at Full Sail!
